Booking & Appointments

How do I book an appointment?
You can book online via our website or call the salon directly. Our online booking system is available 24/7 for your convenience.

Can I change or cancel my appointment?
Yes. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge.

Do you require a deposit?
All treatments require a 30% booking deposit, which is deducted from your final bill on the day of your appointment.

What happens if I arrive late?
If you’re running late, we may need to shorten your treatment to avoid delays for other clients. The full treatment price will still apply.


Before Your Visit

What should I wear to my treatment?
Come as you are. We provide everything you need, including towels and robes for spa treatments where required.

Do I need a consultation?
Many treatments include a brief consultation. Advanced skin and body treatments require a full consultation prior to booking.

Which facial should I choose?
If you're unsure, our therapists can guide you. We highly recommend our Skin Scan & Bespoke Facial for first-time clients or anyone beginning a new skin journey.

What skincare brands do you use?
We proudly work with luxury professional brands including Guinot, Aromatherapy Associates, and NEOM Organics.

Can I buy the products used in treatments?
Yes. Our full retail collection is available in-salon, and our team can recommend products for your home routine.

Are your treatments suitable during pregnancy?
Yes, we offer specialist pregnancy-safe treatments. Please inform us when booking so we can advise the best options.


Gifts, Memberships & Payments

Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes! Gift vouchers are available in-salon or online and are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Do you offer memberships or loyalty rewards?
Yes – our Skin Club Membership and loyalty scheme offer exclusive benefits, savings, and priority booking.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, card, contactless payments, and gift vouchers.


Salon Experience

Is there parking nearby?
Yes, there is side-street parking close to the salon. Contact us if you need directions.

Can I bring my phone into the treatment room?
To maintain a calm environment, we ask that all phones are placed on silent.

Do you cater for clients with anxiety or sensory sensitivities?
Absolutely. We can tailor lighting, sound, and pacing to meet your comfort needs. Please let us know in advance.

Can I bring a friend for a pamper day?
Of course! Group bookings and packages are welcome—contact us to arrange your visit.

Are children allowed in the salon?
For safety and relaxation, children not receiving treatments should not accompany clients.

How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 5–10 minutes ahead of your appointment to settle in and complete any consultation forms.
